WHAT IS THE VERMONT BHUTANESE ASSOCIATION?

The Vermont Bhutanese Association - VBA - is organized by and for all Bhutanese people living in Vermont. All Vermont Bhutanese people are automatically members of the VBA.

:-) Family Friends, volunteers and well-wishers of the local Bhutanese community are also invited to join and participate as adjunct members of the VBA.

This blog is a communication tool of the VBA.

Regarding the Bhutanese community situation here, the VBA strives for:
** Intra and inter-community communications,
** Problem solving,
** Encouragement of cultural and religious identity, heritage and freedom
** Advancement of personal, educational and occupational growth
** Harmony and cooperation with the entire Burlington-area community and population

We encourage everyone to join the forum discussions! Make a request to become a VBA forum author and send in your ideas and suggestions. Tell us how you have solved problems here in Vermont. Ask for ideas!

We hope the VBA forum will help everyone. We all have issues and problems that need to be solved or fixed. We can learn from each other's experiences, successes and failures!
